Mizar is located in a quiet, residential area, with a family atmosphere, at  about 350 m far from the sea and only 100 m from shops and services. It is divided in three residential and very confortable buildings, recently renovated, particularly suitable to enjoy the mild climate of the Riviera. It is located in a green area, with minimal traffic, even though it is only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The swimming pool is open from mid May until the end of September and is surrounded by a big solarium with deckchairs, sun umbrellas, and  sun beds. There is also a large playground for children in our private garden.

For sports fans there is a wash and a repairing area.

Free and private parking area (1/Ap.B5 – 2/Ap.C7)

On request you can book a private garage, use the laundry, take the safe key, play tennis (tennis club 100mt far),  rent a TV (Italian programs), have many information about the town and the whole region with a small library.
