Mizar is located in a quiet, residential area, with a family atmosphere, at  about 400 m far from the sea and only 100 m from shops and services. It is divided in three residential and very comfortable buildings, recently renovated, particularly suitable to enjoy the mild climate of the Riviera. It is located in a green area, with minimal traffic, even though it is only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The swimming pool is open from mid May until the end of September and is surrounded by a big solarium with deckchairs, sun umbrellas, and  sun beds. There is also a large playground for children in our private garden. Safe, TV (no SAT) and microwave are in each apartment.

For sports fans there is a wash and a repairing area.

On request you can book a private garage, use the laundry. Tennis club is 100mt far from the apartments.
