ACCOMODATION

The apartments have private heating. The use of the gas for heating has to be paid directly depending on the used quantity (0,80/m3).
Included in the price are: rent of the apartment, water, electricity, bed and bath linen with weekly change, private parking (1/B4, 2/C6), playground for children, safe, TV, microwave.
On request are: garage(€50,00/week), laundry service (€5,00/5Kg).
Tennis  club 100mt far from us.
Kids are numerically like the adults. Some apartments B4 and C6 have the possibility to add an extra bed: €70,00 for each night (on request).
Kid bed in the allowed number is free (on request, on availability, without linen).
The apartments must be returned like at the  arrival. If not, it'll be charged from the deposit €25,00 for two rooms apartment B4 and €35,00 for three rooms apartment C6.
Booking must be done with an account (30% of entire cost); the final payment must be done within 48 hours from the arrival.
Deposit: €100,00.
Animal are accepted; the payment for the final cleaning is compulsory.

ARRIVAL: on Saturday  from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

DEPARTURE: on Saturday within 10 a.m.

SPECIAL EASTEN TIME

Possibility for midweek arrival, on request, on availability.

Included in the price are: rent of the apartment, water, electricity, gas, bed and bath linen with weekly change, private parking (1/B4, 2/C6), swimming pool with a big solarium (open from 20/05 till end of September), with sun chairs, sun umbrellas, sun beds, two playgrounds for children; safe, TV (no SAT) and microwave in each apartment.
